Important DGFT information to Trade and Industry

1. An IEC holder has to ensure that details in its IEC is updated electronically every year, during the April-June period. In cases where there are no changes in IEC details same also needs to be confirmed online. An IEC shall be de-activated, if it is not updated within the prescribed period. An IEC so de-activated may be activated, on its successful updation.

2. Every EPCG Authorization holder shall submit to RA concerned by 30th June of every year, a report on fulfilment of export obligation through online. Any delay in filing such annual report shall be regularised on payment of a late fee of Rs. 5000/- per year for each authorization.

3. Filing of online EODC application against Advance license and EPCG license is made mandatory. Therefore, no manual submission of EODC application is allowed.
